Not sure what to say?

I did not know my aunt Peg as well as I would have liked, but I have fond memories of the summer that I spent a month with Peg and Diane when I was in high school. She was not only a roll model but a friend to all of the young people that came to her home. She made everyone feel welcome, joined-in and made everything fun.

Peg Queen will be remembered on 16th ave N.W. as the matriarc of our neighborhood. I couldn't believe she lived in her home 52 years. My fondest memories of her beautiful yard was her tulip tree. I would take my children when they were little to stand under the tree for pictures. Her yard was always in full bloom with a beautiful lawn. I have several of the plants she has given me over the years. My husband was planting the flowering cherry trees that Peg found on sale at Swanson's nursery....

Peg, will be truly missed.

Our condolences to her wonderful family and friends.
