Not sure what to say?

Nancy and family,
We were deeply sorry to hear of your loss. Ms. Margaret was dearly loved by us and all who knew her. We will remember always her sweet loving ways and friendly smile and hearing her sing in the choir at Berlin Church. If we can be of any help at this time, please don't hesitate to call upon David or I. We will be praying for you.

Offering our deepest sympathies at this time.
