Denny was an earth angel. She was person whose compassion and caring for humanity was evident to everyone around her. Growing up with the Roark family as my neighbors was a wonderful part of my life. Denny, Bridgid, Nancy and I were lucky to share some great growing up moments. I was even luckier to remain friends with her through college and up until she passed. She is a part of my heart and I think of her often. I could go on forever about the adventures we shared on this journey...they...

Denny and AL Beaver were the most inspiring people I have ever met from UW SYSTEM. She worked tirelessly for the good of all students and elevated the status of "Road Warriors" in Wisconsin. She and her husband, Dan Edelbeck lived what they preached. Will miss her and so will Wisconsin.

My husband and I hosted Superbowl parties for over 30 years and Dan & Denny were loyal guests. We knew Dan before meeting Denny, but embraced her smile and open arms. Always with flowers in hand and a dish to pass those are some of our fondest memories. We miss her greatly.

Having known Denny since the 7th grade, I can honestly say I´ve never known anyone who was more generous, forthright, open-minded, bright (in all ways possible), spirited, kind, dependable, thoughtful, and most of all, loving. It´s different to imagine this world without her, but I´ll wrap up in all the wonderful memories and keep her close always. Love you Margaret!
