Not sure what to say?

In loving memory of a wonderful lady. Marge was one of a kind! Marge was a member of the library board that hired me in 2009. I was a first-time Library Director, and her mentorship proved invaluable. We worked closely together during her years on the board. She served as Vice President from May 2009 to May 2011 and led the board as President from June 2011 to May 2017. Then, she returned to the Vice President position to mentor her successor from May 2017 until her ultimate retirement...

Sending my deepest Sympathy and prayers for your loss. May Marge RIP.

Marge was a great supporter of our Honors Program during her tenure at Harper College, especially our Honors study-abroad feature. We are still benefitting from her support, actually. Many sincere condolences to her family . . . -Andrew Wilson

Marge, she had a lot of class! She was highly intelligent and a pleasure to be around, even if she forgot the brie was baking in the oven. It still was delicious with our wine. She was full of love and passionate about life! Absolutely strong like her father, whom she idolized at times! As her cousin Ron, use to say she is definitely a SKOLD! That is not a bad thing to be at all! Very special and fond memories of her! May live on forever in our hearts! Bless you all!

Karen and I have known Marge a long time. Our kids, Shanlee and Clay went to school with Sarah and Tony. We went to the same church and socialized many times. We will miss her! John Miller

It was my honor to spend some time getting to know Marge last year. Such a remarkable and talented woman. My sincere condolences to the entire family. Sadly I did not know her kids, but knew her through her brother and sisters. I am blessed to have known her a tiny bit.

So sorry to learn this news. Sarah and Tony you may not remember me, but your mom and I shared an office and many marvelous memories from Hawkeye. I was aware of the Parkinson´s diagnosis but had not been in direct contact for a while. Please accept my condolences. A loss for so many. Sandy Glenn
