Not sure what to say?

Hi Andy and Ellen. So sorry for your loss. I fondly remember your mom and you both. Mom lit up after talking or getting a letter from your mom. Mom loved Peg dearly and appreciated the call from Andy. She´s lost the phone number and would appreciate a call back at 585-872-5436. We have no info to call you back. I hope you carry forward all the wonderful memories of your mom; deepest sympathies. Gretchen, Bernie Goffes daughter.

To the Smith family, I was a volunteer for a few students who took English as a second language helping them to read and understand English. I started when zoe Dalheim implemented Peg's program at the Lee Library . I had meetings with them both and could see the zeal they had for helping others. May all the happy memories bring you comfort.

Peg co-founded the Literacy Network of South Berkshire, which began as a service where volunteer tutors helped adults learn to read. It has evolved to serve adults who need to learn English, and who want to become US citizens. For more than 30 years it has changed lives. We owe her, and Zoe Dalheim, a debt of gratitude.

I was so sorry to read of Peg´s passing. I met her when I came as a caregiver for your dad. The love and dedication she had for him was so clear. I I´ll always remember our conversations. I will miss them both very much. Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers.
