Not sure what to say?

Mrs. Unger was my grade school choir teacher. She instilled a love for choral music in me to this day! Her class was always a joy!!! Jennifer Jenkins Cohen

Dick and Family,
Margaret will always be a cherished memory of good times and great fun. She was so generous with her friendship and her talents. I feel so blessed to be her friend. I will always celebrate what a terrific person she was and her lovely family. My prayers are with you!

Memories of Margaret-fun and laughter-playing tennis, she always beat me. And volleyball in her back-yard. Her generosity of spirit and concern when our Karen had cancer.
We know she is playing her violin in heaven and praising the Lord with her great talent. Mary and Jim

Dick, Val, Relyn and Jim,

I just learned of Margaret's death yesterday and was greatly saddened. I have such fond memories of her and they go back a long way... Both in Essexville and Lake Ann. She will be greatly missed. My prayers are with you and will be talking to you soon. Katrina

Jim (and family),
I am not sure if I ever met your mother, but if she was anything like you she will surely be missed. What a small world - the places she grew up are all a part of my life now as I visit the HSs in those areas, and have several friends who work at IWU. I will now think of her - and you - as I visit Polo HS et. al. My heart goes out to you. Know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. With Love and Hugs...

Those of us still at Freeland High remember Margaret fondly. Her feistiness and iron hand in running the library were balanced with her caring for students and friendliness with staff.
We share in your loss. I have fond memories of her.

Dear Dick and family:
It was so devastating to learn of Margaret's unexpected death at only 73 - I thought she would go on forever! We rode together to the Cadillac Symphony and Benzie Symphony rehearsals and enjoyed many conversations in which she shared her family's exploits with a warmth and wit. I will miss her big-hearted efficiency and energy, her fine viola playing and camaraderie so much! I always thought I would see her again, though injury keeps me away from playing viola...

Dear Valerie, I was sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I rememeber her and your father from the Presbyterian Youth Group back in the 1970s. Condolences from the Smith Family.

Dick and family: We found Nargaret's obit in the Bay City Times just today (Feb. 18). We are so sorry to hear of her passing and that we could not be at the service.
We truly remember so many good times together while you were in Vassar and we were in Munger. Then later when we visited you all in Essexville. We especially remember the surprise anniversary party your kids put together at Lake Ann. All of us hiding in the garage when you came home unknowing about what was planned. We will...
