Peggy was one of my Mom's good friends. My siblings played with her children, too. She was instrumental in the evolution of Creve Coeur. She was a strong woman who did and said what needed to be said. It was mighty impressive when she was voted the first female Mayor in Creve Coeur. She had the foresight to remodel the old We4ber School into City Hall. I love going to City Hall and remember the days I went to school there.
