The passing of Margaret resurrected many fond memories of my time spent with the Waymire family and the strong matriarch that guided. I remember her welcoming smile, her calm voice while she carefully formed her thoughts, and her dedication to family.

Her memory will live on each time the Steed family travels the Little Lost Valley.

I have such fond memories of Aunt Margaret. Her perpetual smile and optimism are what I am reminded of when I think of her. That she raised a large family and finished her Bachelor's degree at age 61, and then began her teaching career should serve as an inspiration to anyone.

I am looking forward to seeing you all and sharing your memories.

Margaret will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her whit and grace was a shinning beacon in the middle of the ruff and tumble daily life of ranching in the remote Little Lost River valley.

Through out the fifty plus years that I knew Margaret, I always enjoyed the visits and talks we had over a cup of coffee, after everyone had left the house.

To Margaret there was no such thing as a stranger at her door, nor was there no room at her table for one more...
