Margaret "Peggy" Wellman passed away February 2016 in Los Gatos, CA at the age of 91. She was born and lived for 87 years in Decatur. She earned a degree at Western Michigan University and taught in a one-room country schoolhouse. She and her husband, Robert Wellman, ran businesses in Decatur....
