I think of you often
and make no outward show,
But what it means to lose you,
no one will ever know
You wished no one farewell,
not even said good-bye,
You were gone before I knew it,

On Sept. 1974, I met Margarita for the first time. It was my first year teaching in Canutillo Elementary school and Margarita was working on her certification as a teacher. She was quite a help and always nice to all the students, nicely dressed, soft spoken, punctual, professional. She was always kind and helpful to all of us. After the first year, we kept in touch via phone calls and visits for about another year. Then, I would see her at seminars, workshops, conventions, and district...
