REST IN PEACE MRS. STEIN. In 1982 I applied for a position as the Chief Food Production and Service (Executive Chef) at the VA Medical Center in Reno, NV. I was selected for the position by Mrs. Stein, RD, Chief Dietetic Service. She taught me more about excellent leadership and personal skills than any school could have.
