Margie was a friend of my friend, Andrea Hess, who lived next door to Margie in the late 1970's. Each apartment had a small enclosed area just outside the front door. Margie had an easel there and used to leave an oil painting on it. Every few days the painting would change. I'd stop and look at the paintings. I loved seeing every one of them. Especially the unique blending of colors. Eventually, I met Margie, and we talked about her paintings. Those talks were also very interesting. Margie...

Margie was a classmate at Bellingham High School in our Sophomore year, attending and graduating from Sehome High School when it was built. Ling Chin, Margie Lee and I (Leilani King) lived together while attending Western Washington University enjoying holidays at Lee family home which later became a Bellingham City Park, Woodstock Farm . I later visited Margie in Boston and Portland at her Saturday Market booth there. Margie was a VERY TALENTED Artist. I especially ENJOYED the delightful...

Margie was a talented and gifted artist who loved art, music, literature, and theater and who brightened the world and those around her with her many talents. May her memory be eternal.
