Not sure what to say?

The graduates of the Class of 1971 from the Academy of the Holy Cross will always remember Margot Cook as a dedicated teacher and friend. Margot was in our thoughts at our 50th class reunion, which just took place last month. We continue to send our love and prayers to her entire family.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Margot, my childhood friend for over 60 years. My family and hers were neighbors on Myrtle Rd. until the early 2000's when my Dad moved to assisted living. Margot and her Mom were great support for us as both my Mom and my Dad declined. She will be missed as a dear friend, neighbor and childhood playmate.

Margot was my Algebra teacher and my friend - we stayed in touch these many years with cards and notes and calls. She was quick to call when she heard I was sick and always shrugged off any concerns about her own illness. She has left this world far too soon and will be missed greatly.

I was so saddened to hear of the death of Miss Cook my beloved Freshman Algebra teacher. What a wonderful teacher and woman of God. I'm sure that I speak for our entire class when I say that we were very fortunate to have had her for our teacher. My prayers and deepest sympathies to all of the Cook cousins.

Deepest sympathy to Margot's relatives and friends. You are mourning one who lived life to the full and touched the lives of many. May you who loved her find comfort in the words of the Preface of Chritian Death: "Lord, for your faithful people life is changed, not ended"
Margot, may you rest in the peace of God's Kingdom.

Ms. Cook was a wonderful teacher that changed our lives. I'm so glad that we had a chance to talk to her this fall at our 40th reunion.(c 1972)

I will never forget Margot Cook in Alegebra Class. I remember her as always coming in to class so cheerful and ready to teach.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Margot's relatives and friends today. Fondly remembered by her friends in Ireland
