I did not know of Marguerite´s passing until just deciding to search in case, since I did not get a reply to my Christmas card last year. I´m overwhelmed right now with both sadness and good memories from our time at Dillard´s in High Point. I knew both Jack and Marguerite. Both were salt of the earth, ebullient, positive people with immense business and interpersonal intelligence who never saw a stranger. I will never forget them. They have had such a positive and enduring influence.
