We were sorry to read of Marguerite Gardner's passing on June 1, 2012. A friend of mine, Mrs. Pat Walcher, sent me (Jean (Heide) Hirsch) a copy of her obituary from the Wichita Eagle newspaper. All of the Heide family so enjoyed knowing Marguerite and visiting with her and her family through the years. Mrs. Gardner was our piano teacher for several years. She was very enthusiastic about learning music and passed it on to her students. I still think about her when I pass the house on Oliver where she taught us.
