I first met Mrs. Hunter in about 1991 while I was working at the Waldenbooks store in Stone Mountain. She was a very beautiful and kind lady. I remember she bought a couple magazines and a copy of the book, The Piano. Mrs. Hunter leaned toward me at the checkout counter in a conspiratorial manner and asked in a whisper, Do you know why Im buying these? I had no idea. Your mother was a beautiful and gracious southern lady. She was so gracious to host a "going to college" luncheon for Patsy Hardin and myself many years ago. An event I've always treasured. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
