It's been almost a year, and I still have not adjusted to your being gone. Now there's no one to ask questions of about what happened when those many years ago.
I miss you, more than I imagined I would.
With you and Bill gone, it's lonesome here. Not that I'm asking for acceleration in my case, you know.

Knowing Maruerite's daughter, Joyce, has been an inspiration to me. To raise such a passionate caring woman meant that Marguerite must have been a very special person, herself. This means the community has lost an asset. The hearts of her many children, grandchildren and great grandchildren will continue to spread her ideals, charm, humor and responsibilities for generations to come.

I HAVE ALWAYS ADMIRED YOUR MOM FOR RAISING ALL OF YOU SINGLE HANDEDLY,SHE WAS A STRONG WOMAN WITH A BIG HEART,LIFE I'M SURE WAS NOT EASY WITH SUCH A BIG FAMILY BUT AS YOU GET OLDER YOU APPRECIATE LIFE AND FAMILY MORE AND THE FACT THAT YOUR MOM WAS HERE FOR 83 YEARS SHOWS THAT SHE WANTED TO BE AROUND ALL OF YOU FOR A LONG TIME-MY THOUGHTS AND SINCERE WISHES TO THE KELLY FAMILY (AS I KNOW YOU)

To all of Marguerite's family, you have all been my family for so many years and mom was just like a mom to me too, she will be missed,she had such a long and loving life.You were all so lucky to have had her for so long.I have so many memories to carry with me and all the teachings from her as well. I will cheerish them all and never forget this wonderful woman who had so many qualities that carried onto to all of you....

There are a couple of other facts about Marguerite's life that many of you may not have been aware of:
When she graduated from Belmont High School she was offered a full scholarship to Wellesley College! Unfotunately, at the time, our folks finances were very limited, so Marguerite turned the offer down because she felt she could not afford to dress appropriately;
