Marguerite Walker Obituary
Mrs. Walker was a homemaker who loved taking care of her home, cooking and had a “green thumb” for working in her yard. She was a member of First Baptist Church in North Little Rock and United Transportation Union, Ladies Auxiliary.
She is preceeded in death by her husband, L. T. Walker, one son, one brother and two sisters.
Survivors include her son Marvin Walker of North Little Rock; one sister, Ailene Wade of Oklahoma; several cousins and special friends.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday November 9, 2002 at Griffin-Leggett-Rest Hills funeral home, 7724 Landers Road, North Little Rock, (501) 835-3515 with Dr. Timothy Deahl officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park, 2801 Asher Avenue, Little Rock.
A gathering of friends and family will be held in her honor from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Friday November 8, 2002 at the funeral home.
