Dear Aberg and Katz Families,
I was stunned to hear about Mari's passing. I offer my deepest condolances, as she was a good friend to me in high it does not surprise me to hear the wonderful comments about hear. She always brought joy, hope, and optimism and I have often reflected on the good times we shared.

I was truly sadden to hear of the loss of your daughter.
Please accept my most sincere sympathy and condolences.

It was a true pleasure to have known and worked with Mari at the Dallas Morning News. She was always there for me to answer any questions I had, or to provide guidance. Mari was a great saleswoman, amazing wife and mother. My deepest condolences to her beloved family.

When I heard of Mari's passing, my heart stopped. I remembered a young lady who was curious, artiistic and loving. Shirley, Bob, and family please accept our prayers and condolences from a long, lost, but never forgotten friend. I am so very sorry, Mari was a beautiful person. Our thoughts are with you. I would like to express my heartfelt sympathy to the family and loved ones of Mari Katz. To know and work with Mari was sincerely a pleasure. She challenged her co-workers to think outside the box and I will never forget her spirit and can-do attitude. I pray strength and comfort for the days ahead.

My sincerest condolences to Mari's lovely family...I always admired Mari's incredibly innovative and creative mind. She was always motivated to intellectually challenge the status quo wherever she was and whatever she was doing and for that she will always be remembered and appreciated...

I remember Mari as a loving, warm and artistic youngster. She has been a true friend to my daughter. It was a pleasure to be a part of her childhood and to watch her as she grew into a lovely young women. There will never be another Mari. I wll miss her and cherish the many memories. It is an honor to have known Mari - she was caring, thoughtful and bright. She left a strong and wonderful impression on the world, and she will be remembered by all those who knew her and her wonderful family.
