Not sure what to say?

Your great granddaughter caries your name as her middle name. She is going to learn all about what a wonderful and loving person you are.

Dear Nana, I can't believe it's already been seven years. I miss you so much! I have a daughter now, and I know you would have been filled with joy if you met her. Or maybe you do see her. After all, the Bible does say that we are surrounded by a holy cloud of witnesses. Her name is Kira Maria Liberty. We wanted her to carry your name as her middle name. And she will learn all about my Nana and how loving and wonderful you are.
I will always love you. And I still feel loved by you all...

I'm thinking about you so much today, Nana. I'm finding it very hard to make it through the workday. It was about this time, that I got the phone call at work, telling me you might not make it through the night. May you be at peace, enjoying Paradise with Fernando, and may I see you again one day. But until then I will continue to miss you every day.

Ogni giorno penso a te, e tutti i giorni mi manchi. E' difficile andare avanti senza di te, e vorrei poter sentire la tua risata una volta. Ti prometto che continuerò a lavorare sodo. Ti amo.

My condolences to you, Mr. Marini, and to your whole family. I regret not taking more time to visit with Mrs. Marini after we moved to Calgary from Edmonton. She was so good to my mother and I when we were in such a difficult time in life and without her (and you all) I don't know where we would be. Thankfully we did visit her this past spring, which I will never forget. And though I am living far away in Lithuania right now, I assure you of my prayers and my thoughts and on February 3rd I...

We were so sad to hear of Nana's passing. Maria was the sweetheart of Nakamun Lake. We were always excited to see her in the early spring, and sad to see her go back to the city in the winter. Will always remember her Christmas display in her home - she really knew how to decorate for the holidays! Maria, Nana, you will always be in our hearts and our prayers.

My deepest sympathy to your family on the loss of your dear wife, mother and grandmother.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Thinking of your family at this most difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Hugs! Carol & Lorne Jenkins
