Read MoreSo sad to hear of Marie's passing. She (and Ted) were always good neighbors. My mom and dad loved them dearly. She was so proud of her garden and loved to share her produce with us. I understand she had to leave her home and garden behind quite some time ago. Lincoln Avenue will not be the same without the prospect of her ever returning. She was a very special lady and will be missed.

So sorry to hear about Maria passing. My mother Anna Davalla was her roommate at the nursing home & we also got to know her when we visited. We just heard today that she passed away & am sorry we could not express our sympathy in person. Anna misses her a lot - they had a lot in common. Please accept our sympathy & prayers.
