Maria E. Podgurski

I met your beloved Maria when I became the Library Media Technician at Hugh Scott Streiber Memorial Elementary School. She welcomed me and I always enjoyed talking with her whether it was school related, about our families or one of your many trips. As I live in Agawam, one time I even gave her a ride to Orr Cadillac to pick up her Cadillac. Some of us were invited to your beautiful home for lunch and she was a gracious hostess. She was a good friend. May she rest in peace. elem

Frank,Jeffrey,Melissa...Halina and I are saddened for your loss. Frank, you took such attentive care of Maria as she was gradually failing. You made sure that she faithfully attended the polka events that she so enjoyed. Her family's life story via Siberia is a slice of history stemming from Russia. We will miss not seeing Maria but will remember her fondly.

Melissa and family, My sincere condolences for your loss. I met Maria a long time ago when my daughter Paige and Melissa were in first grade. They have remained good friends over time. For most, Maria was a loving mother. She was a creative and interesting person that I enjoyed spending time with. I know she will be missed. All of you will be in my thoughts and prayers. Remembering Maria as my fifth grade teacher but more so as one of my best dance partners. Loved seeing her at all the church events. You will be missed. Sorry for the loss of such a special soul
