Not sure what to say?

To Lloyd, Scott, Craig, and Laurie,

I was saddened to hear of Marian's passing. I will always remember her fondly.

It has been too long since I have seen any of you but I think of you often. I hope this finds you in good health.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family of Marion Barton. She was a lovely person and a great neighbor to me and my family through the years. Love and prayers to all of you.

Joan L. Kearns

Rest in peace Marion. You were a beautiful, kind woman.
Betty Melchiori (Angelina Melchiori's daughter-in-law)

Laurie, I didn't know your mother well, but I always knew she was someone special just by the way you and your children have turned out. You did her proud today, you and your entire family. Enjoy the many wonderful memories of your time together.

I worked at Meadows Medical and know Lloyd and Marian as patients there. I grew to know and care deeply about both of them in the eight years I worked there. It saddened me to see Marian develope Alzheimers, having gone through it with my own mother.
My heartfelt condolences to Lloyd, and his sons and daughter, their spouses, and the grandchildren. Marian was a warm, kindhearted woman who loved her husband, children, and community.

We were saddened to hear of the death of Marian. We have so many wonderful memories of the years we spent at the East Longmeadow Methodist church. Your family played such a big part of those memories. We know how much Marian will be missed by each one of you but she will also be remembered by all those who knew her. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time.

We will all miss you so much Grandma, and I will never forget the incredible influence you had on my life.

To the Barton Family I wish to express my deepest sympathy for the loss of Marian. I came to know her and her husband Lloyd during my mother (Doris') lengthy illness at the same nursing facility. We shared many dinners at the same table, much like a family. I derive great strength from having had the opportunity to meet the Bartons. It's a friendship forged through our mutual turmoils with illness which I will never forget. I have no doubt that Marian and my mother are still sharing dinners...

Dear Laurie and Gary,

Roger and I would like to express our heartfelt sympathy at the loss of your Mother, though we did not know her personally, we have enjoyed many times, listening to your wonderful memories of her. You, Gary and the children were always wonderful examples of loving caregivers, may we all live by your example.
