Marian McNary Chalfant

Mrs. Chalfant was my music teacher at Clark school in the '70's. I remember her fondly. Rest in Peace dear lady.

I was a student of Mrs Chalfant at 8th Ward School. My fondest memories are her class at Thanksgiving and Christmas. She actually picked ME and my dear friend to decorate the school windows for Christmas with Santa faces made of construction paper. We got to bring our lunch and stay and make paper Santa´s. My friend and I still talk about today. We our now 66 yrs old. She was so kind Just wanted to share. God Bless

Sorry to hear of "Miss" McNary passing. I wondered what happened to her after I had her in the fifth grade at Somerset Township Grade School. I still have fifth grade group picture with her in it from 1949-1950. I always liked her and music class. God bless her and her family. I've always loved music.
