Not sure what to say?

Mom,
Not a day goes by that I don't think of you. You were generous and loving to everyone you met, and you were passionate about making sure ALL persons were treated fairly and equally. Your rock-solid faith in God helped strengthen mine. Anna adored you and loved all the Monday outings you and Dad took her on. I feel I "hit the jackpot" when I said yes to your son and married into the family and got a "bonus" Mom and Dad. I loved you just as much as I love my own Mom.

Marian was a wonderful pearson. I met her when she and her husbund Joe, helped me and my coleague Dr: Clive Montalbert getting us in her home for a month while we got training in one of the hospitals in M. I saw in her a very special way of been. No matter it was not a long time, I always remenber her as a pearseon with a great heart and with a lot of love to give. I say hello! Marian.

Yesterday was a tough day. It was nice to be in one of Marian's favorite camping spots, Baylor park. We miss you dearly, but feel you with us always!

Clay family,

I am saddened to learn of Marian's passing. I was attempting to learn the whereabouts of former collegues I knew when teaching school in Chillicothe, IL and playing in the Peoria Symphony. Fondly remembered are the car rides to symphony rehearsals with Ruth Johnson, the cellist. Chuck and Tim as students were an inspiration as well to their flegling orchestra teacher. Belated condolences to all.

She's in God's arms.

Ruth Ann Durbin, Kewanee, IL,
formerly of Toulon, IL

Though I only new Marian for a short time, I was so impressed by her strength, intelligence, and calm demeanor. Her joy of life and family, and care for others was so clearly evident. We will miss you!

Joe, Chuck, Tim and families,

On behalf of myself and my mother, please accept our condolences in your loss. My mother is not able to come to the service today, but she is grieving and we both understand and feel for your pain at this time of loss. Time seems to be the only thing that provides any sense of relief through these kinds of situations - hoping that the fond memories you have and each passing day will make the journey less painful.

Ronald Carlson (montrose)...

Much love to you.

Our Sincere Sympathy to the Family of Marion Clay. I met Marion once at Trinity Episcopal Church in Janesville. We are friends of on Marcia Tyriver, and love her so much. We know Marcia is happy and sad at this time. Sincerely Elmer and Lyda Holz
