Not sure what to say?

Bien chers Dan et Kath: Je suis navré d'apprendre le décès de vote chère maman. Que Dieu vous apporte la paix et qu'il vous bénisse vous et toute votre famille. Vous me manquez.

Oh my, what a great, dedicated, forceful gal! Nipper was such a smart and strong woman. She fought for many concerns of our world! She was opinionated, but had the reduce behind her opinions! Loved her as a story lady at our libraries! Our world is a better place having Marion/Nipper working for us!

My condolences to Kathy and the family in the loss of an amazing woman. I had the privilege of guiding with her at the Hackley and Hume houses where I got to know her well. I will always remember her sharp wit, and her deep love for her family and Muskegon. She was a spitfire, and a I will always hold in the highest regard with a little smile RIP Marian

I had the honor of working with her at the Historic Site. She was always ready to do tours and was a great advocate for Muskegon and its history. She was always ready to help and I enjoyed visiting with her between tours. She always had questions and kept me on my toes. Because of her questions, I learned a lot about my hometown while doing research to try to keep up with her! I am sorry for her loss, but so grateful for having known her. Dawn Willi

Condolences from Escambia Retired Educators Association, Pensacola, Florida. May God guide and protect the Fagan Family through this difficult time. Just remember she gets to spend Christmas with your Dad. Condolences, Donna Harper

So very sorry for your loss Chris and Kristi, and the entire Fagan family. Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers

I didn't know what a nipper was until I met Marian Fagan. Working in the archives of the Muskegon County Museum I came across a photograph from North Muskegon Elementary School that listed a young a Nipper. It was either Dorothy McCutchen or Fran Andrews who explained it to me.

Rest in Power Marian-One of Muskegon´s Greats!!

An absolutely amazing woman admired by me and so many others. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family, friends and acquaintances. May her legacy live on through her example.
