My deepest sympathy in the loss of your dear mother. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

To Pete's Family- we are so very sorry for your loss. We are neighbors of Pete's, but only have been for a short time. Our two year old daughter, Evelyn, loved seeing Pete across the street on her swing. She'd always wave to her and that made our little girl's day. When she first learned to talk she would wave to all our neighbors and say "hi Pete!". We will miss seeing our dear neighbor peacefully swining and enjoying the day. Our prayers are for all of you during this difficult time.

In the silence of a Texas star filled night, I sit and remember my Mother, sorting thru those early years that only the eldest child has memory of.... I close my eyes and can still see her laughing at the back screen door.

In the lean years of the1950's - we always had fun. It was a summer tradition that when Dad to got home from work, we would head to the Swatara Creek and float in the inner tubes, I can see Mom and Dad floating and quietly chatting as I circled pretending to be...

Pete was such a sweet and funny lady. I am sure she is making everyone chuckle up there in Heaven now! She will be missed down here on earth, but we will see her again someday!
