Sr. Marian! So much can be said about this woman who devoted her life to God and her students. She will not be forgotten. Her impact reverberates through the women she helped to shape and mold, readying us for further education and ultimately the lives we have chosen.

Sr. Marian was the best teacher I ever had, bar none. She taught High School English at St. Joseph High School in Hammonton, NJ, during the sixties. I was fortunate to have been in her class when I was a Sophomore there in 1962. I can still hear her reciting Edgar Allen Poe's 'The Bells'. She instilled in me a love for reading and writing that became the cornerstone for all that I've accomplished since. It was obvious that she loved what she did. She made me want to learn. And I can never...

Sister Marian was the best teacher I ever had. She is certainly the one who remains strongest in my memory. I am the class of '82 Villa Victoria, and I can think of her teaching Hamlet like it was yesterday. She taught like a college professor would, but better because she knew each of us so well and communicated that to us. She inspired us all with her passion and high standards. She also had a great sense of humor that she'd try to keep under wraps, out of a sensible fear we'd get too goofy...

Sr. Marian was not only an amazing teacher but a beautiful role model when I attended Villa. May she rest in peace. God Bless the Ingellis family. I am from the class of 1988.

Sr. Marian was by far the best teacher I ever had. Her passion and dedication was palpable. God bless you Sr. Marian for inspiring so many of us to believe in ourselves and pursue what we love in life. You were a blessing to your students. A life well lived!

May God Bless the Ingellis family. I am from the class of '85 at Villa Victoria Academy. I must say our class had wonderful and memorable times with Sis. Marian. It was our drive to make her laugh and smile. Sometimes we succeeded and sometimes not! She was determined to make us all great writers and did not embrace us attempting to take the easy way out. :) I appreciated and loved her for her constant guidance and care for our well being. You will be missed Sis. Marian but I know you...

As we go through life we encounter so many people. I was blessed to be taught by Sr. Marian. She was one of the main reasons I chose VVA and one of my most favorite and cherished memories. All of her lessons have stayed with me. She has had such an impact on so many lives. What a legacy! Keeping her family in my prayers. Heaven is lucky to have another angel;-)
God Bless,
