Toni was a special lady and as unassuming as she was wise and funny. I'd been a shopper at The Artist's Parlor and Re-Fresh for several years and recall a time when I had the bright idea to ask Toni if she would be open to giving our Red Hat Ladies a tour/talk of and about Re-Fresh.
