Mom, you were always the best Mother-in-law any guy could ever hope for. You were always ready for a good laugh, quick with a kind word of encouragement, yet also stern when any situation required it. Your sincere love for your kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids showed in the way that your face lit up with joy when you saw each of them. You are an irreplaceable piece of this fun-loving, supportive, sacrificial gang that's called FAMILY!! Your presence here with us shall always be sorely missed, but we find our place of comfort in knowing that we'll see you again one day!! Until then, Mom, DANCE WITH JESUS!!

Mawmaw, I am truly speechless and clueless of where to begin. I'll keep it simple, I miss you so much and hate that I missed out on so many memories over the years by moving away so far BUT the memories I do have are incredible with you! The woman you were was sincerely unmeasurable! I love you!

As I sit here thinking of you I have a smile on my face but my heart aches so much. Losing you has left an incredible hole in my heart. To say I wish I had just one more day with you, one more hug, one more visit, one more sweet smile on your face or one more of your contagious giggles would never be enough. I wish you could have stayed forever but that's the selfish part of me wanting those things. I know you were tired and you were ready to meet Jesus and I don't blame you, I just really miss you. We speak of you daily and have so many wonderful memories of you and for that I'm thankful. We go visit Pawpaw and it's so hard to be there without you. It's hard seeing him miss you. I pray you know just how much we all adored you. You were definitely the center of our family. I wake up wishing it was just a bad dream and that you are really still here and then reality hits like a bullet to the heart. The kids miss you like crazy. Kaide and Paisley don't understand and Paisley thinks you're gonna wake up...little does she know that you have and are living like never before!! Slade, Sierra and Kenzie are so blessed to have had you in their lives to create memories with you. We're all so honored that God chose you to be our family. You have set such an example of unconditional love, forgiveness, selflessness and putting God first that it has instilled in us. Thank you for being you. I can't wait to get to heaven and hug you again. You will forever be my Sexy! I miss you and love you incredibly Mawmaw!!!! Now win that bingo game like never before!!! :)

This precious jewel before us today is the most admirable and beautiful woman I know, inside and out. Her pure heart has shown true, unconditional love; never waivering, never judging, always willing to love us at our most unlovable moments. Her beautiful green eyes have sparkled with tears of laughter and fought off tears of sadness. Her glorious smile has brightened so many lives on a daily basis. Her loving arms have held us close to comfort us in every moment of our lives as she held her head high, facing life without fear. I've never met a more caring, selfless person who, without question, always put everyone of us before herself even though she deserved the world at her feet. In the midst of any trial she faced, she always had the strength of a tiger and the heart of a lamb, even when she didn't have to. She was so strong and courageous, never allowing the struggles of life to get the best of her. She believed and saw the best in everyone she knew going far and beyond to teach us the love of our Almighty God and setting a wonderful example of what His love is while her faith has carried her, as well as the rest of us, through all of life's trials. The perfect wife, caring mother, loving grandmother, sister, aunt and friend...a true angel on Earth. We will forever love and miss her as we will keep our memories of her dearest to our hearts. Though distance falls between us our love for you is unbreakable. Gone but never forgotten. Until we meet again, fly high and dance with Jesus, sweet Angel.

Maw maw Pig, you are an extraordinary woman that I've had the pleasure of calling my grandmother. You always made me laugh and smile. You and paw paw are an example of pure love. My precious Mother in law,
This year the good Lord called home two of the most beautiful souls I have ever had the honor of knowing, my mother and you. Its amazing how alike you both were and I have always been grateful that you were not only my friend but someone I was proud to look up to and consider my mom.
I have always appreciated your advice, always making me feel welcome and thank you for raising a beautiful son like Michael, ha ha. I have always admired your walk in faith, courage, strength, beauty inside & out and your commitment to marriage. In my 31 yrs of knowing you and being in this family, I don't ever recall you saying a negative word about anyone or even being mad. You were an amazing woman and I am so blessed to have known you. I will cherish all of the wonderful moments over the years. Like one of many memories, I will never forget how I would always be one of the first ones in your kitchen to wash the dishes. You would always say, "Lisa, don't worry about those dishes, I will get them in a minute". As I would continue washing the dishes I would say, "I know mother in law, it's ok" ha ha.
I know your in heaven and hope your dancing and singing with the Angels. You are loved so much and will always be in our thoughts, hearts and deeply missed.

Today was the saddest day of my life having to say good-bye for now to you my mom, my friend. I will miss your hugs, your beautiful smile and gentle ways. I have not yet begun to experience the true heartache that I know is inevitable, and am dreading. While the pain in my heart is greater than I've ever felt, knowing you are no longer suffering makes it worth it. You & Paw-Paw have no clue how great of role models you were and still are to me. I'm going to miss you more than I could ever express. As a kid y'all always told me "a little bird told me", now I know when I see that little bird watching me, that it's you. I love you Maw-Maw. Time to win that big Bingo game in the sky!!
