Not sure what to say?

Pat and I were thinking of Marian today a re-read her obituary. What a beautiful tribute to your mom! Beautiful words for a beautiful woman, a true saint! May she rest in peace and love.

There will never be another, yes good friends, but never a Marian Sweeney!
I love you much, and still treasure the notes, you have sent over the years, I still have most of them and of course Christmas cards you have painted, how Blessed we, our children (who tell me of your love) to have you as a a Dear Friend in our life, what a greeting God must have given you!! God Bless you and your dear children!!

As a recipient of one of her very timely letters, I am forever grateful for being blessed to have known Marian my entire life!! Her presence at St Robert's was always a joy. Seeing her again as an adult returning to SR was truly life giving!! She was an inspiration and I wish her entire family peace in knowing she was their MOM!!! thank you for sharing her with all if us!! Joanne Bartolotti (SR79)

We are so honored to have Marian in our lives and in our neighbor hood. She always had time for everyone with a big smile on her face, she always read to my daughter, grand children took pictures of them and made sure you got a copy of one. She start our block party on the 4th of July. She always had time for everyone she known. May she rest in peace and spread her wings and keep you all safe.

Reunited...

Mrs. Sweeney will be deeply missed. As her neighbor, we loved to see her smiling face. She always had the most amazing stories to tell, and was always so enthusiastic. Mrs. Sweeney has a heart of gold and we are going to miss her dearly! Heaven just gained one amazing angel.

So sorry for the loss of Marian. Mike enjoyed working with her at St. Robert's and we are fortunate enough to have one of her watercolor paintings in our home. We will always think of her in our hearts.

Auntie Marian was a genuinely kind and loving person. In conversation she was always animated and made you feel you were interesting when you probably werent. She had that knack of making you feel special and important to her. A rare quality in human beings. She has left behind her an amazing legacy by way of her wonderful family. She will be greatly missed.

To leave behind these beautiful words reflecting who she was is something one can only strive for. She was a blessing to so many with her sparkly eyes, warm smile and kind heart. I feel blessed to have known her. Hugs to all the Sweeneys.
