Even in the end, when she didn't recognize family, she was the absolute sweetest person ever. I can remember the last time I saw her, she didn't recognize me, but still grabbed on to me with both of her little gloved hands and said "My goodness, you are beautiful." She greeted my sons and I with love and compassion even when we were unrecognizable. She had the biggest heart. She will be sadly missed, but I'm grateful she's reunited with Grandpa.
