Not sure what to say?

I worked with Marianne at VNA Hospice, and I can confirm she was a kind, loving person ideally suited to hospice care.

Hello, To all of Marianne's children grandchildren and her great 's! Most if all, Daily prayers for her wonderful husband Don! As my husband and I age gracefully in our new apt.I often wonder what our future holds. One thing for sure, Maryanne will be greeting us in Heaven. Then the fun times will begin! my memories sometimes dim, but then they come flooding back.

To Don and their boys, still remember Maryanne in my prayers. I am now 80 a several friends are in heaven, recently too. I hope you find them and share the fun times we had when we were young and healthy. God bless all of you, never forget. Miriam

Our hearts still remember all the great times we had together. Those memories will stay with us forever. Diane and George Schiffer

Missing Marianne daily. My best ever, nursing hospice partner and friend. I say hello to her daily, as I see her picture on obit card with my daily prayers. Awaiting patiently, my turn to see her, and share in a good laugh. God bless you Don, your boys and their families.

Where has the time gone. Our grandson and his wife were just camping at Promise Land and we told them about all our funny camping trips we did there with your family. Old memories always stay with us. Diane & George Schiffer

Can't believe its been a year. We still talk about all the great times we had and wished they were still going on. Hope you all stay healthy in this trying time.

I replaced Marianne at the VNA of St Luke's when she was "retiring" in 1997. She was the original Hospice RN in that Hospice and Marianne was born to help patients and their families at the end of their lives. She went to the inpatient hospice and then volunteered, it was as if she couldn't bear to leave her patients.
Marianne was a fun and loving nurse. I can't imagine how many lives she touched. RIP Marianne and warmest wishes to your family.

Don and family. Please accept our heartfelt condolences on the loss of your dear wife and mother Marianne. She was a lovely kind person and will be missed by many.
