Marie and I met in the appliance industry and became friends for decades. My respect for Marie began when she freely took me under her wing and explained ventilation to me when I knew nothing about it. Marie knew the appliance industry and the Builder community of Ann Arbor. She shared her knowledge and connections with all. I think of Marie as one of the most unselfish people I know. She loved people and to learn. Marie was kind and always thinking of others. I still have a pair of Christmas...

One of the best memories I had was our visit to Windsor for one of the collaborated birthdays! I don´t know why but Marie´s pink shirt always stuck in my memory and I loved the color on her!

Marie was dear to so many of us, and was an easy friend to make. She enjoyed seeing others get an opportunity to thrive, and was a geneous and cheerful volunteer, along with Greg. It is an honor that she mentioned the BRAG Ann Arbor Foundation 's scholarship fund in her parting wishes. We will continue to be inspired by her spirit and joy for doing good by others. Dear Marie, we miss you! Thank you and Greg for your help and support over many years.
