Your mom was a force of nature who we always admired for her unfiltered honestly tempered by her love of and devotion to her amazing family. Stephen and I will miss both of your parents for whom we had great affection and respect. I have found that the pain of being “orphaned” never goes away. However, realizing how lucky you were to have such wonderful parents and loving memories of their devotion to you and your families, allows you to handle the hurt.
