Not sure what to say?

I will always be touched by her kindness. I can only hope that I can make a positive influence on people as Marie did.

Marie gave so much love to all of us. We must pass it on and show complete love for all we meet in this journey. Thanks Marie

I will always recall Ms. Catrib as energetic. When I first met her I asked if it would be possible to make a wheat bread with out dairy. Marie, did not hesitate or say no. She did it! It has been very difficult to find people who will make typical dairy based products with out dairy. She truly made my day when I returned to pick up my dairy-free bread.

The best and most cherished friend anyone could have or know. I will always remember you Marie, and you boys Moussa and Fouad during our meetings/eatings in the Houghton MI restaurant. These memories will linger on...especially each time I cook our beloved Lebanese dishes.

Love you, Marie! You were a beautiful person. Thank you for touching so many lives.

This is truely a mournful day for Grand Rapids. Many blessings to her family.
She will be deeply missed.

It wasn't just a restaurant: it was the kitchen of a good and generous friend. She was generous with herself, bestowing her love of all of us freely, making the world better for her having been here. I even enjoyed seeing her down at Lacks, and although that can be a somber place, she shed light wherever she went. We will miss her severely. Thank you Fouad, for continuing her work and for being there for her.
