Dear Betsy and Patricia,

Dear Betsey and family,
May I offer my sincere condolences at the passing of your wonderful mother. In our times of loss, the Hirst family were blessed to have our loved ones in your care. You may be assured that she had the grace of a happy death as she was surly a spiritual lady.

Grief can be so hard during the holidays, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one this holiday season.

You have been a great comfort to my family and your daughters have faithfully continued in your path of kindness and sympathy. Many of my family members were placed under your final care with comfort to many. Rest now, Marie. You earned your heaven over and over.

Pat and Betsy,
My heart is very sad to learn of the passing of your mother and my friend and mentor, Marie. She always helped me to remember the importance of being a gentleman. Oh yes, and when dressed up, one should never wear a button down collar! She had the perserverance of a saint and taught me many things during the years I worked for her. I consider it an honor and priviledge to have been associated with such a classy lady.
Sharon and I will remember you and the family in...

I am not very familiar with your Mom, however, I was at my sweet dear Mother-In-Laws wake in Feb 2010. I recall, whom I believe was your Mom. & Grandmother, stood in the foyer and made sure all was going off without a hitch. I was so impressed at how, undeniably, she was the Matriarc of the Family & Funeral Home and remained in the buiness. A very spry "young lady" doing what she loved best!
Sincerely, J.Paul
