Not sure what to say?

I'm sorry I did not know of Marie's passing until now. Know my thouhts and prayers are with you Batty and family.I am proud to be a nurse to continue the wonderful work she gave to all she cared for.

Marie was and inspiration to all who worked with her at the Coast Guard Academy. Her infectious laugh would pick you up on a down day, a caring touch and giving heart, she was always a friend when you needed one, a person you could trust, she was like a mother to many of us. You could always depend on her for a kind word, a hug or support when you needed it. She knew what to say at just the right time, to pick up your spirits. She inspired me to go to nursing school. It was a pleasure working...

I met Marie while her and I were on a jury together. No one had people in stitches like Marie. What a wonderful person she was. Anna Toole, whom I visit very often said that she misses her "old buddy" and will always remember her. She is with the Lord now and could not be happier.

Marie was a dedicated nurse, a lovely woman, and a mentor to a good number of Coast Guard Corpsmen & Dental Techs. How well I remember her smile & kind words when I would take my young children for Peds appts at the Academy Clinic. A "bad day" could melt away after a short time in her presence. May perpetual light shine upon her.

Marie was a good neighbor, and will be missed by our family. Our grown son remembers how nice she was to him, when he was a teenager, and would cut her lawn.It is so sad that both she and Abbey are gone......Our prayers to her family.Kathleen Boyd

I have known and loved Marie for over 4o years and never met a kinder person. She will be missed and was honored that I was able to stay in touch with her all this time. I am sure the Lord is delighted to have Marie by his side. Kevin McGowan

You will be missed by your devoted family. You lived life to it's fullest. A wonderful example to all.

You are now with God and the angels in Heaven, Aunt Marie. We will miss your kind spirit, your devotion to God, your infectious laugh, and your love for everyone who was lucky to be a part of your life. You will truly be missed...

God has called yet another angel home, but fortunately He has left us with the DuBois family "angels". May she rest in peace and may her memories bring you all comfort during this time of sorrow. Love, Josephine Belanger and Deb
