Marie Diers

Marie Diers was a lifelong friend. We lived close in St Louis, attended the same elementary school and attended the same highschool. She was my bridesmaid on June 5, 1948 and I was the maid of honor when she and Bob married. Children, company moves and distance put our friendship on memories. I have thought of her so very often. I have lived in Charlotte, NC for 63 years, Long live the happy memories of Marie and her late brother, Frank

My husband, John and I had the great joy of knowing your mother through Tigard Meals on Wheels and at The Lion´s Bingo games. Marie was such a positive, loving, kind woman who always had a smile for everyone. Marie loved to share stories of her beautiful children and grandchildren. You were all very blessed. Marie's smile and laugh helped make our genealogy seminars fun, and it was a bonus to sit by her at lunch. She was always helpful answering questions and jumped in when we needed help. She is missed. My condolences to her family.
