Sr. Dolorita (Marie Drouilhet was my principal when I was a "new nun" teaching first grade at St. John´s Elementary School in Franklin. She was very supportive of me as I took over part of the dining room table to make learning games for my students and prizes for our booth at the Marianite Fair. She also supported my attendance at the Charismatic Prayer meetings in the school cafeteria even if it meant coming in late at night when the meetings ended.She was known as a principal who was fair with students and their families regardless of their economic status.
