Marie Theresa Elward Duggan

So so sorry to learn of Marie´s passing . Such a great dear friend all those years in Westfield. What a wonderful caring person that had such strong faith that showed us how to deal with the loss of the love of her life Pat. We remember she explained to us how she helped him "let go" by reciting the Bible Passage that explains "there many rooms in my house". And for her she too has a room in Heaven where Pat was waiting.

Bob and had so many fond memories of Marie, from Newcomers Bridge group to Tuesday ladies Bridge and the shore. Marie was always so positive and caring in everything she did! She had a wonderful life and was always a spark on our group. I was blessed to have known her.- Fran Comstock

We have known Marie and the family since we be became neighbors in 1975. Our children became playmates and Marie was always the one with practical, loving advice. Of the many times we socialized , she hosted the wedding breakfast for all of us before our daughter Angela 's wedding. That was one of many times we went from our back yard to their yard and shared so much of the ups and downs of family life.
