Not sure what to say?

Told Mom about anniversary yesterday, and she asked me to respond. Mom expressed her sympathy and the fact that she very much misses her phone conversations with her best friend ! They had an everlasting friendship since childhood and Aunt Cookies class, and beautiful smile will be cherished and fondly remembered by our family! She hope's all is well with all of you ! (Joan)

While our acquaintance with Marie may have been through simple friendly neighborly chats, our hearts are indeed heavy with her passing. When we arrived in the neighborhood four years ago, Marie welcomed us with a plate of homemade cookies. I was tickled to see that tradition still practiced but more importantly honored and touched that someone would take the time and effort for people they hadn't even met yet. It was a caring and classy gesture that told me everything I needed to know...

Russ & Family,

Our deepest condolences & prayers go out to you at this most trying of times. May she rest forever in peace.

Gary, Beth & Mike Braunsreuter

Russ, Bill, Mike, Maureen, and Jim,
My sincere condolences. Our mothers' friendship was long and deep. We have many great memories and great appreciation for having Marie in our lives growing up and especially for what a constant support and friend she was to our mom, prompting a slew of emails back and forth between Gary, Chris, Jennifer and me. I'm sorry for your loss. She was a great lady!
With heartfelt sorrow, Betsey (Lekan) Leach, Nevada City, CA

Rusty, Billy, Mikey, Maureen and Jimmy,
I am so sorry to hear about Aunt Marie. It is always hard to lose a parent. My memories include trips to Glen Island and one of you putting seaweed all over me. All great memories. I also loved getting a Christmas card every year from Aunt Marie. I know you will all miss her. Love Jean(Dave)

Dear Bill, Russ, Mike, Maureen and Jimmy, I'm so sorry to hear about your Moms passing. We have many great memories of Marie and great thanks for the friendship she gave to our family especially my Mom. God Bless Her and Your Families.
