Not sure what to say?

I was a newbie to the WAC group in 2015. I went to my first wreath laying ceremony at TREA on Memorial Day. I didn't have a clue as to what to do or where to sit. Marie must have felt my uneasiness. She introduced herself to me, hugged me, told me her name, wrote down her email address and laughed with me. She was such a warm and loving person. What a wonderful lady! We all will miss her warm and loving ways. Please accept my sincerest condolences.

Marie will be missed for her positive outlook on life even during times of stress. This will be an example we will all remember. She would tell us to "put on your big girl panties" and be happy! We love you Marie and are grateful you are now well again. Condolences to her sons and family members.

our friend Marie, you smile and love will be so missed. Helen & Josie WAC Chp 75

Dear Marie Hammond Family, I had the privilege of serving in WAC Chapter 75 with Marie. What a delightful woman! Her enthusiasm and zest for life were treasures she graciously shared with others. II'm a better person having known Marie. Thank you for sharing her with us.

Marie will be greatly missed. She always enjoyed coming to our home for a picnic and loved the ribs. She was a classy lady and loved her time in the Army.

proud to call you my New England friend...thanks for the laughs and love you show us all, a star will shine bright for you in heaven above

Marie always had a smile, kind word, and an interest in everyone she talked to. Blessings to the family.
