As a child growing up in Chicago I have manay fond memories of Marie. Over the years my Mother, Angeline, has talked of her often, and now misses her so much. Marie was a loving person that will be remembered always. Our family prayers are there for her.

Words cannot describe how much Grama Koetzle was loved, cherished and will be missed. She was the butterfly that lit up the room and the bird that sang from the heart (literally!). I am proud to carry on her name-sake and hope to live such a long, fulfilled, loving life as she! She will forever be in my memories and will always have that special warm place in my heart!
