Not sure what to say?

On this day of reflection for Marie, it does not seem that 7 years have come and gone without her. Oh how I would love to talk, laugh, and solve the world's problems with her today. She was such an encourager and great listener. May this be a life lesson for us to hug our loved ones and express our love daily; for we never know when that day could be our last. I know her joy lives on. See you soon. I love and miss you!

I find it only fitting that Marie is now forever remembered and honored on a helicopter; piloted by her loving and faithful son. She is truly missed at a time when her laughter raised everyone's spirits. Much love.

On this second anniversary of Marie's passing to her eternal home, I find myself reflecting on her joy and love for everyone she met. She encouraged and cheered me on so many times. She was my confidant and loving friend. We share so many fun memories and trips. I can't wait to see her again. She loved her family immensely and with grace. She was a true light in this dark world.

Legends says the hummingbird floats free of time carrying our hopes for love, joy, and celebration. The hummingbird's delicate grace reminds us life is rich, beauty is everywhere, every personal connection has meaning, and laughter is life's sweetest creation. Marie must have been a hummingbird in another life! We will cherish our memories of her until we meet again. Love, Mitchi & Bob

Truly Beloved

So sorry for you loss, this was a wonderful tribute to a very special woman.

Marie, you were a beautiful person and you have left a wonderful legacy. You will live on in the lives of your family and the ideas and traditions they hold dear. Never will your presence be forgotten. You are loved. Now in the loving arms of Christ, peace to you.

I met this amazing woman through Facebook when she friended me and told me how much she enjoyed my posts. I knew her only really through her son Clay. You can tell a lot about a mother through her son. And so I know that this world is a lesser place without her and that Heaven is far richer now.

I will miss her infectious laughter and incredible friendship of 24 years. She was a jewel and definitely one of a kind. She brightened every room and always made people feel special. She loved unconditionally. Enjoy your rewards in Heaven. I will think of you everyday; island girlfriend. Miss you like crazy.
