Marie Noe

Marie carried herself in a way that well represented the Administration Office. She not only "mentored and inspired hundreds of students," she did the same for me when I ran for State Representative. In that capacity I saw again Marie's gift of being both kind and thoughtful but also savvy and knowledgeable, qualities that are in short supply these days.

I first met Carl and Marie in the early 70´s when I had the pleasure of teaching some of their wonderful kids. I had nothing but the highest regard and respect for them. My heartfelt sympathy to the family in your loss

My sympathy for your loss. We had many years together working at Grand Valley. She was a true friend and a the friendship we shared went beyond Grand Valley. We were all blessed to have her in our lives.

I had the pleasure of working with Marie while with the GVSU admissions office in the late 70's and early 80's. She was a gem! What a wonderful, compassionate, considerate woman! Clearly she loved her family. While sad to learn of Marie's passing, I believed she truly enjoyed and experienced a good life. Bravo!!

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time. I was a long time aide of Marie and let me tell you she was nothing short of an amazing kind soul! She will be greatly missed by many. I´m so happy she is free of pain. Rest easy Marie. Until we meet again.

I shall always remember Marie in the President's office as one who would do her best to help as she so many times did with me. She treated me with kindness and sincerity that surely helped. May God give her eternal rest.
