Marie B. Pare St. Albans It is with great sadness the family of Marie (Barrett) Pare announce her passing on Thursday September 27th at the age of 74 years, one day prior to her 75th birthday. She wend peacefully, surrounded by her sister and immediate family.

She was born September 28, 1932 wife of the late Hubert Pare and daughter of Dora M.(Bean) and Violus Barrett

She was a loving mother, wife, aunt and grandmother. She enjoyed many summers at camp on Lake Carmi, and her favorite hobbies were sewing and quilting. But what she treasured most was the time shared with her handicapped daughter. She also cared for her special needs sister Judith. She leaves behind her two grandsons Jesse and Chad Rocheleau, and her close sister Rita Gosselin and husband Maynard of St. Albans, several brothers and sisters-in-law, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Besiders her husband, she was predeceased by her sisters Doris Kasubas, Blanche B. Gauthier, Kathleen Gauthier and Judith Barrett, and her brothers Raymond and Robert (Buck) Barrett.

"We will miss you Aunt Babe"

To Deborah, Laura, Nancy and Janet,

I will always remember your Mom/Aunt Marie as a very gentle woman, filled with compassion. I can still hear her soft voice as she spoke only of the good qualities in a person, it didn’t matter what the conflict was; she always had some caring thought to convey. Then there was her deep commitment to family which was evident in how she dedicated her life to Janet’s care, day after day providing for all of Janet’s physical and emotional needs. Truly...

We will miss you very much and will always love you. Nancy and Gary

Offering our sympathies during this time.
