Marie A. Sadak

I am so saddened to hear of Marie's passing. She was simply a wonderful human being, kind, caring, compassionate, and totally devoted to helping children, most notably helping children in foster care via MaryAnne's Kids. Because of Marie, her wonderful family, the amazing staff at CHD, and the many people she recruited, thousands of children in foster care were provided with opportunities that they would not otherwise have had. Dear John: We were sorry to learn of Marie´s passing. We knew that she had been ill for a while. You were so faithful in visiting her and caring for her. I remember Marie from when I was very young and lived next door to her brother Esper and sister-in-law Elsine in Springfield and I was best friend's with their son (her nephew) Michael. Long after we moved to Longmeadow, I would occasionally see Marie and Sally. They'd remember me and my family, and I'd remember them and their family, fondly. She was always smiling. My condolences to the Sadak family.
