Not sure what to say?

Mother, I miss you so much. You were my best friend. We have been through so much together. I will always cherish my memories of you.

Marie was my best friend. Most of our friendship was shared playing golf. I really miss her. My best wishes are for her family. Love Phyllis

Marie and I were friends for 23 years. We were former co-workers in Sacramento, Ca. I moved to AZ in 1990 but remained friends. My husband and I would travel to see Marie and she would travel to Phoenix to visit us. We would go to Napa Valley, San Francisco, San Diego, and some parts of Mexico close to AZ. We always had to best time, lot of laughing. We planned to do more traveling when she retired. I feel very honored to call her my friend. You were loved by all who knew you. I...

I met Marie many years ago at one of our National Ovarian Cancer Coalition (NOCC) meetings. Over the years, we participated in many events together. One of these events was where we presented our stories to the UCD medical students. I was always impressed by Marie's strength. I, along with my sisters in NOCC, are very sorry to hear the news of her passing. Please accept my deepest sympathies.

Marie was a valued member of the Sacramento Chapter of the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition (NOCC)and volunteered her precious time to promote awareness of this wicked disease to the women in our community. Our group is saddened with the news of her passing. Please accept my heartfelt condolences in the loss of your mother, sister and grandmother.

I served on the PlacerArts Board of Trustees with Marie and attended several Slow Food events that she also attended. We shared a love of the arts and of good food. Marie was such a calm presence, ever efficient and positive. I loved her wonderful smile, demeanor, giving heart and clear mind.

My condolences go to her family and friends. She will be missed by all of those associated with PlacerArts.
