Dear Marlene and family,
I was so very sorry to hear about Grandma Marie, I have such fond memories Of Grandma and your father and grandparents at the store, Grandma Marie was one of the sweetest women I have had the pleasure to know. She always made me feel like I was one of her's. She will be greatly missed. I am so glad that I was able to talk to her on her Birthday.

Dear Marlene,Marie,Al and Family,
I'm sorry that I was not able to be present at the funeral, but I just now read about your mother, and grandmothers death. I'm sorry that I had not seen her (or any of you) for some time now. She was always a smiling pleasant, and funny lady when I did get to chat with her. Her love for her family always shined through. Please accept our condolences for your loss. She left much of her personality, and spirit for living in both of you. Cherish it, and...

I know that my Mom and Dad were right there waiting for Marie. Oh what a time they will have. Sorry we could not make the funeral.

Marlene and family, you are in my thoughts and prayers. We, too, have fond memories of the Grocery Store and your folks. You know every time we met, Marie & Yourself, wherever it was she always recognized me and wanted to know all about my family. She was a joy. I think the last time I saw you both was at Dr.Joseph's office, and she knew right away who I was. I did not find out about her passing until tonite, 12-23-09, and of course the funeral was this morning. I sure would liked to...

I will always remember Marie's smile as I walked into the meat market as a small child. She was such a wonderful person. God bless her and her family

Marlene,
That beautiful smile is now smiling in heaven with your dad and brother. What a special lady she was to everyone that came in the store. She always made me feel so special and especially my two boys that she'd let sit on the stool behind the counter. Treasure all your memories and hold fast to the assurance you will see her again. I am sorry I am out of town and can't attend her service but my thoughts and prayers are with you and ALL the family.

Dear Marlene, Your mom was top notch in my book. And your dad too. I can still see Walt with your folks behind the meat counter and it always smelled so good in the store when you and mom had something cooking in the house. God bless your whole family.

Marlene and family my heart aches to hear of your loss. Marie was one of the most beautiful people one could ever have known. She could always make you smile. Her thoughts were always of what she can do for you! I will miss her deeply!
